Thanks for using Mixtape Hero, operated by Mixtape Hero LLC. These Terms of Service ("Terms") explain the rules for using our app and the services we provide.

In Simple Terms

When you use Mixtape Hero, you're agreeing to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Your Account

1. Creating an Account: You need to create an account to use all features of Mixtape Hero. Please provide accurate information when signing up.
2. Account Security: You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account access. If you notice any unauthorized use of your account, please let us know right away.
3. Age Requirements: You must be at least 13 years old to use Mixtape Hero. If you're under 18, please get permission from a parent or guardian.

Using Mixtape Hero

1. What You Can Do: Mixtape Hero lets you discover music with other users and create "mixtapes" collaboratively. You can follow other users, like mixtapes, comment on creations, participate in music discussions, and interact with other users through the app's social features.
2. Third-Party Services: Mixtape Hero integrates with Spotify and Apple Music. When using these integrations, you must comply with their respective terms of service in addition to our terms. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their own policies and agreements.
3. What You Can't Do: Please don't:
   • Share content that violates copyright laws
   • Post harmful, offensive, or illegal content
   • Impersonate others or create fake accounts
   • Use the app to spam or harass others
   • Try to break, hack, or interfere with the app
4. Content Ownership: You collectively own the mixtapes you create with others, and we display these within our platform. We don't own the music itself - that belongs to the artists and their labels.

Your Privacy

We care about your privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using Mixtape Hero, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

Payments and Premium Features

1. Free Version: Mixtape Hero offers a free version with basic features.
2. Premium Features: We also offer premium features available for individual purchase. By buying any premium feature, you agree to be charged the listed price.
3. Purchases: All purchases are one-time payments for specific features processed through Stripe. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis by our team. Please contact support@mixtapehero.app to request a refund.

Changes to the Service

1. Service Updates: We're always working to improve Mixtape Hero. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
2. Terms Updates: We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or through the app. Your continued use of Mixtape Hero after changes means you accept the new Terms.

Termination

1. Your Choice: You can stop using Mixtape Hero at any time. You can also delete your account by contacting support@mixtapehero.app.
2. Our Rights: We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in illegal activity.

Disclaimers and Limitations

1. Service Availability: We work hard to keep Mixtape Hero running smoothly, but we can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free.
